CCH is proud to present the audio conference Fiduciary Responsibility After PPA 2006 – The Law & Its Practical Applications Tuesday, November 14, 2006,
3-4:30 pm ET, 2-3:30 pm CT.

With the enactment of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (PPA), plan sponsors have many more opportunities and choices for their plans, as long as they understand and meet the new fiduciary requirements. For example, should a plan sponsor utilize the new safe harbors for automatic enrollment? Are there alternatives that may provide a better level of fiduciary safety?

The long-awaited opportunity to provide investment advice is part of the new rules, but fiduciaries must weigh the risks and rewards. Do you know what to do, how to do it and whether it’s worth it? Did you know you can provide investment advice without meeting the new standards?

Here is your chance to get comprehensive information on the significant changes in the fiduciary rules that have been impacted by the PPA. CCH is proud to present an audio conference with Michael B. Snyder, of Harris Beach LLC, and Brian Costello of Genesee Valley Trust that will help you learn how to make educated decisions about taking advantage of these and all the other new fiduciary rules while avoiding liability under ERISA!

Topics to be covered include:

You will have the opportunity to ask questions of our speakers LIVE. And as a SPECIAL BONUS, each site will receive a FREE audio CD of the conference, a $249 value.

Join us for 90 minutes on November 14 for this instructive and practical broadcast.
