When you visit a CCH site, our web server automatically recognizes your domain name. CCH does not capture information to identify you as an individual, such as your e-mail address. Any information that is captured is processed anonymously and used to improve the quality of our web site.

CCH does not make public, sell or distribute customers’ credit card information. CCH web sites uses encryption to safeguard credit card transactions.
No risk credit card transaction
In the unlikely event that CCH is responsible for a loss through credit card fraud, CCH will pick up the first $50 dollars of the loss, which is the limit of your personal liability.
In the course of doing business, CCH collects information about its customers such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, credit card information and sometimes e-mail addresses. This information travels by mail, telephone or, increasingly, over the Internet.
It should be clear to you why information is being collected each time you’re asked to give it — for example, being asked to supply an address so a product can be shipped to you. If at any time you don’t understand why a certain piece of information is being requested, contact CCH customer service at 800-449-6439 or click here to send an e-mail message.
CCH also uses customer information for marketing. If you are a CCH customer, you will probably be contacted by mail or perhaps by phone with information about additional CCH products.

CCH shares customer lists with other companies. Customer lists contain only names, street addresses, and telephone numbers.
CCH may share e-mail addresses of its customers with other Wolters Kluwer companies. CCH does not share customer e-mail addresses with non-Wolters Kluwer companies.

As professionals, many CCH customers want to be informed of the latest products and services available in their fields. But we want to respect our customers wishes about such contacts.
If you are a CCH customer, you can use this form to "opt out" of having your individual customer information (name and address and business telephone number) shared with other companies. You can also indicate what kinds of restrictions on marketing contacts you prefer.
CCH contact lists are updated quarterly, so it may take up to 90 days before your name is removed from a list.
We do our best to exclude from contact lists those customers who choose to opt out. However, this is an automated process and we cannot guarantee that every variation on the name, spelling, and/or address will be identified and suppressed. The more information you provide below, the more likely we will be to correctly exclude you from our mailing/calling lists.
