Oklahoma announces its 2008 contribution rates

The state experience factor for 2008 is 39% and no conditional factor is in effect. Therefore, rates for 2008 range from 0.1% to 5.5% of the first $13,600 paid to an individual employee. The new employer rate for 2008 is 1.5% (ESC Communication).
