About Browser Favorites Options

You can save your most frequently used CCH documents to your Internet Explorer or Netscape browser "Favorites."  In addition, URLs created in CCH Link Express for other CCH resources can also be saved to your browser favorites. For more information about this, see Linking to CCH Resources: CCH Link Express.

When you save resources to your browser favorites, you will have direct access to recently viewed information from any location on the internet with a simple click of the mouse.

Saving CCH documents to Browser Favorites

NoteIf you are using Netscape as your browser, a pop-up box displays telling you how to add the URL to your Bookmarks. Follow the onscreen instructions. When the Add Bookmark window displays, enter a name for the URL, select the location for it, and then click OK.

Notes about Browser Favorites and the Comments Feature

You will not be able to use the Browser Favorites option if you are using the Research History Comments feature to calculate research time and organize research history. If you want to use the Browser Favorites option, you will need to turn off the Comments feature in Preferences.
