For IRN users at Firms/Companies,
you will only have to enter your email address the first time you log
in to CCH, unless you deleted cookies, or are accessing CCH from a different

You will be prompted to enter your email address before accessing Internet Research NetWork (IRN). This allows you to save any settings from session to session along with any customization you make on the My CCH tab (e.g., User Name, Recent Searches, Favorite Searches, Favorite Publications, and Research Folders).
Any search options that you set in Preferences or Search Tools will also be retained each time you access IRN. Since customization is saved with your email address, you do not need reset your Preferences every time.
For IRN users at Firms/Companies,

you will be asked to enter your email address each time you log in to
CCH because computers may be shared in the computer lab, library or other
public area.
