Medical and Family Leave Rules-State Employment

The amended rules are less stringent than the current rules because under the amended rules, a state employee will no longer lose any leave the employee earned as the result of working on a day on which a state holiday is observed. The rules only affect state service employees and do not have an impact on the public health, safety, welfare or environment, and do not affect the public involvement and public participation process. Title 2, Chapter 5, Article 4, Sections R5-404, R5-410, and R5-411, as amended effective Nov. 4, 2008. ¶3-22,450.01, ¶3-22,450.02, and ¶3-22,450.03.
