Wyoming announces its 2010 contribution rates

For 2010, experience rated employers pay rates ranging from 0.56% to 10.0%. Note that a delinquent employer is assessed 2.0% plus the assignable basic rate, the total of which may not exceed 10.0%. For 2010, new employers pay the following rates by industry classification: raw materials and energy production, 1.56%; goods production, 2.05%; distribution and transportation of goods, 1.56%; information 1.56%; finance, insurance, real estate, and rental and leasing, 1.56%; professional and business services, 1.56%; education, health and social assistance, 1.56%; leisure, accommodation, and food services, 1.56%; other services (except public administration), 1.56%; public administration, 1.56%; and unclassified employers, 1.56% (DES Communication).
