This series provides an authoritative and comprehensive reference to the full text of benefits-related provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, the full text of ERISA, and related proposed and final regulations, as well as the official IRS and DOL preambles, and Committee Reports.
The IRS will hold a public hearing on its proposed regulations relating to automatic contribution arrangements under 401(k) plans (see CCH Pension Plan Guide ¶20,262E). The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008, at 10 a.m., in the auditorium, Internal Revenue Building, 1111 Constitution Avenue, NW., Washington, DC.
