IRS seeks comments on procedures for issuance of determination letters and rulings on exempt organization status

The IRS is soliciting comments on proposed and/or continuing information collections concerning Rev. Proc. 2007-52 (CCH Pension Plan Guide ¶17,299S-33), which deals with determination letters and rulings on the exempt status of organizations under Code Sec. 501 and Code Sec. 521. There are no changes being made to the revenue procedure.

Written comments should be received on or before April 5, 2010, and directed to: R. Joseph Durbala, Internal Revenue Service, room 6129, 1111 Constitution Ave. NW., Washington, DC 20224.
