New York has issued proposed New York and Yonkers exact calculation method withholding tables for wages paid on and after January 1, 2010. The exact calculation methods for each of the jurisdictions are reproduced in this Report Letter on pages 6—11. The proposed supplemental wage rate for New York would be 9.77%. The proposed supplemental wage rate for Yonkers would be .977%.
