Arkansas corporate income taxpayers can now use a new online withholding business application to register as a new business and pay state income tax withholding payments to the Department of Finance and Administration. More than 67,000 Arkansas business are eligible to take advantage of the new services, which include the ability to register a business online, make scheduled payments, file payments for periods with no withholding, and exchange confidential information through a secure site. A business must have a federal tax identification number to use the withholding application. Currently, Arkansas taxpayers can electronically file and pay sales tax, individual income tax, unemployment tax, and business entity franchise tax, as well as renew car tags.
