Korleski, No. 2:08-cv-865 [S.D. Ohio July 29, 2009]). First CERCLA Public Health Emergency Issued for Libby Asbestos SiteOn June 17, 2009, EPA issued the first public health emergency (PHE) under CERCLA for the Libby Asbestos Site.
