Books returned within 30 days along with the invoice marked “cancel” will receive full credit. (Valid on order quantities less than 50 copies). No cannot will be issued for books held more than 30 days.
All new CD-ROM subscriptions may be returned within the first thirty days for full credit. After the thirty-day review period the CCH cancellation policy will apply. Renewal subscriptions will receive credit if cancelled prior to the renewal date. After the renewal date, the 1-4 months cancellation credit amount of 25% applies. That policy is as follows:
If your cancellation request is received by CCH prior to the tenth of the month, that cancellation will be effective the first of that month. If your cancellation request is received after the tenth of the month that cancellation will be effective the first of the following month.

All new Internet subscriptions may be cancelled within the first thirty days for complete credit. After the thirty-day review period the CCH cancellation policy will apply. Renewal subscriptions will receive credit if cancelled prior to the renewal date. After the renewal date, the 1-4 months cancellation credit amount of 25% applies. That policy is as follows:
If your cancellation request is received by CCH prior to the tenth of the month, that cancellation will be effective the first of that month.

There is no trial period for special Multiple Year Agreement ("MYA") renewal orders. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the applicable CCH/Customer Agreement, if the MYA is cancelled during the first 12 months of the 2-year term, the customer shall pay an early termination charge of 75% of the total multi-year contract price less any amount previously paid toward the contract. If the MYA is cancelled after month 12, the balance of the total contract price shall be due.

Orders for an online block of time are valid for 12 months or until the time is used up, whichever comes first. New online block orders may be canceled for full credit within the first thirty days or within the first 10 minutes of usage, whichever comes first.
Although block time may be considered a subscription it is really more like a purchase in that you have prepaid for the amount of time that best suits your needs. If the block of time is not used within one year of the initial order or renewal, the remaining time will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your online block time after the first 30 days or first 10 minutes of usage, your user ids will be disabled but no monetary credit will be issued.
You may choose to not renew your online subscription by purchasing additional blocks of time, but continue to use the service on a "pay-as-you-go" basis. If you would like to cancel access to our online system as a "pay-as-you-go" customer, we can inactivate your user ids (as there is no subscription to cancel).
All new Internet subscriptions to Blue Sky Data may be cancelled within the first thirty days for complete credit. After the thirty-day review period, subscriptions will follow the standard CCH Internet Subscription Cancellation policy. Renewal subscriptions will receive credit if cancelled prior to the renewal date. After the renewal date, the 1-4 months cancellation credit amount of 25% applies.
The following cancellation charges will be incurred if notice is given:
Less than 7 business days: $500
Less than 72 hours: $750
Import blocks are non-expiring. No credits are issued for purchased import blocks.
No credit will be issued to your account should you choose to cancel your new or renewal CCH Learning Center Seats subscription.
Training Series materials returned unopened within 30 days, along with the invoice marked “cancel,” will receive full credit. No credit will be issued for returned materials that have been opened, or held more than 30 days.
No credit will be issued to your account should you choose to cancel your dTech EdgarEase Forms Completion purchase.
No credit will be issued for cancellations on any EDGAR Ease software, Service Bureau or EDGAR 123 renewals. Cancellations must be received prior to the renewal start date to avoid incurring any renewal charges to your account.
No credit will be issued to your account if you cancel your EdgarEase Software training within 7 days of your scheduled class. Participants do have an option to reschedule.

Participants who are unable to attend the training can reschedule. If training is not rescheduled, no credit will be issued.

New Zip Sales software subscriptions may be returned for full credit within the first thirty days. After this review period, no credit will be given should you choose to cancel your Zip Sales subscription. Renewal subscriptions will receive credit if cancelled prior to the renewal date. After the renewal date, the 1-4 months cancellation credit amount of 25% applies.
