Often you will want to export documents you see on your Search Results List to Rich Text Format so you can save it to your hard drive for later printing or document assembly.
Click Export to File at the top of the results list.
Click the down arrow in the box and select the format for converting the documents:
Titles only (system default)
Entire Documents (full text)
Titles with URLs
To convert all the documents, click the checkbox next to Yes, convert the first "X" documents. ("X" denotes the number of documents currently displayed.) To display fewer documents, type the desired number in the box.
To convert specific documents, click the checkbox next to Let me select which documents to convert. The system returns you to the search results list.
Click checkboxes next to the documents you want to convert and then click Export to file at the top of the list.
For either convert option you select, a dialog box may display asking you to either save or open the document. Select the Save option. If the document automatically opens in your word processor, select the File menu and then Save As.
Type a name for the file using the RTF extension and select a drive and folder where you want to save the document.
Click OK to save the document to RTF.
To return to the original document, you will need to switch back to the browser if you are using your word processor, or click the Back button on your browser.
