This 300-page book contains selected Congressional Committee Reports that relate to pension and employee benefits legislation enacted since the passage of ERISA, including Committee Reports relating to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, the most significant piece of pension legislation in decades. Available as a 2-volume set.
An optional 4-volume set containing all the materials of the two-volume set, PLUS the official IRS and DOL preambles to the final and temporary regulations is also available. The preambles included with this resource add important explanatory material that aid in understanding the final regulations.
